It’s the time of the year that vulnerable adults and carers are encouraged to take up the offer of having their Fully Funded flu jabs.

Working with Public Health England (East) in partnership with GP practices and Community Learning Disability Team Nurses, new information has been developed in an accessible format for people to understand what the flu jab is about and the importance of having it.

In addition to this, an accessible letter and a capacity to consent form has been created that should be sent to people who use your services from their GPs.

Please offer the appropriate support to anyone who chooses to have a flu jab by enabling them to understand the benefits of this initiative.

Use the links below to access forms that we hope GP practices will use to invite people to have the flu jab.
