As you should already know, the CQC will expect registered care providers to have a published Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT).
This toolkit takes approximately 20 minutes to complete if you are currently operating within the law (UK GDPR / DPA).
It is a very helpful annual self-assessment of your data and cyber security.
