The marketing and design team are working across all services and therefore have an increasingly busy portfolio of work. As such we have compiled a set of lead times to help manage your expectations on delivery.
If you require the following, please ensure that you allow enough time in your schedule to have the content created and approved and artwork designed and signed off.
- Brochures – depending on pagination and once all copy has been received – up to 8 weeks
- Posters and leaflets – 7 working days
- Content – If content is being written from scratch by the marketing team, please allow 2 weeks.
- If you are sending adhoc content, to be amended this can be emailed but may take anything from 1 to 3 days for a response.
- Wufoo Form creation – 1 day
- Website updates please allow 1- 3 days
- Ordering merchandise – Please allow 7 days from order request to receive quotes and artwork. Merchandise depending on quantities and availability can take anything up to 4 weeks to be delivered.
