The Importance of Health & Wellbeing
Health and wellbeing are crucial for leading a fulfilling and balanced life. Taking care of your health and wellbeing is a lifelong process that involves making positive lifestyle choices and reaching out for support when needed. The Care Workers’ Charity and the Care Professional Academy (CPA) are dedicated to supporting Care Professionals throughout the UK. Working in partnership together, the CWC and CPA provide assistance to Care Professionals throughout the UK in areas such as financial assistance, learning and development, and mental health. The Care Professional Academy is a silver sponsor of the Care Workers’ Charity helping raise awareness of the work and support the CWC undertakes and help widen the reach of the CWC and ensure more care workers in need can receive support.
The Care Professional Academy
The Care Professional Academy offers a wide range of health and well-being resources for both Care Professionals and providers. By signing up to the Care Professional Academy and uploading your certificates and qualifications you will be able to access more rewards and discounts including exclusive access to the well-being centre on Tier 1. - Upload one certificate to your portal (you can use this as free electronic storage for all your certificates).

The CPA Academy has been designed to enable all care professionals to be able to seamlessly and easily access their Tier 1 rewards. The Care Workers Charity Wellbeing survey
The CWC is currently running the Care Worker Wellbeing survey and would greatly appreciate your support and time in completing this survey and helping shape the future of Care! The survey will take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and will help the CWC gain invaluable insights into the issues and challenges facing care professionals and help shape future policy decisions and future initiatives to better help the care workforce. By completing the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw with a top prize of £250.
