Hertfordshire County Council’s Adult Care Services Community and People Wellbeing team has launched a survey to capture better understanding of the User Voice Services across the county. They are asking adults in Hertfordshire who have contacted Adult Care Services for information and support, or their carers/family members as well as representatives of community groups or other local organisations to complete it.
Unfortunately due to technical error on the survey, no results have been captured. If you have previously completed the survey, please could you complete it again so the results can be captured.
This is your chance to have a say in the future development of HCC’s User Voice Service. By completing the survey you can help them to review and improve the service for the future.
Please share this survey with your networks so that HCC can reach everyone who accesses User Voice Services. It should take around 10 minutes to complete.
