HCC is refreshing how we work with care home providers. During 2023/24 they started to implement a new contract management framework which aims to work in partnership with care home providers under the principles of consistency and proportionality
Providers should soon be receiving communication from your lead on any contract meetings/ desktop reviews that may take place in 2024/25. We are also aware that some meetings may have already taken place.
Please note that for general contract enquiries the email address has not changed and continues to be iact.support@hertfordshire.gov.uk
For contract meetings a new email has been created which is cm.iact@hertfordshire.gov.uk and this will be used to communicate and send meeting invites.
