Making it Real, Think Local, Act Personal’s framework for personalised care and support gained wide support when it was first created.
It sets out what good care and support looks like across health, social care and housing, and has been widely endorsed by national stakeholder bodies including the Care Minister.
TLAP are offering this free webinar to support organisations to sign up and practice the principles of Making it Real.
Purpose
The webinar will help you understand what “Making it Real” is, and what the benefits are to your organisation and the people you care for and support.
Hear from those instrumental in co-producing it about how it is being used to drive forward transformation and improvement, and find out how straightforward it is to get involved and start using it.
