This session is for those in a strategic position, and is designed to help your organisation win that all important health and social care tender. Whether you are bidding to retain an existing contract or trying to win a new contract, the session will help you to consider the implications of bidding, undertake important preparations, become tender ready and write a successful, winning bid.
Outcomes:
Delegates are expected to be engaged in learning, participate in all activities including group discussions, and share their own experiences, whilst respecting confidentiality.
