This course is designed to equip leaders in adult social care with the essential skills and strategies needed to navigate difficult conversations, promote effective communication, and resolve conflicts within their teams. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the factors that contribute to challenging conversations and the importance of engaging in them. Through an exploration of a practical 5-step strategy, attendees will learn how to prepare for and engage in solution-focused communication and action planning.
The course is specifically designed for leaders, managers, and supervisors in adult social care who are responsible for leading teams and facilitating effective communication. It is suitable for both experienced leaders seeking to enhance their skills and new leaders aiming to build a strong foundation for successful leadership.
