This session is for managers, team leaders, activity leads and seniors, and focuses on best practice in dementia care to avoid crisis in Discharge to Assess placements.
Prior to attending this course, delegates are encouraged to complete the pre-learning module Introduction to Prevalence and Types of Dementia
