This course provides delegates with an understanding of Autistic Spectrum Condition, person-centred approaches and knowledge of the importance of relevant communication skills when working with individuals.

Learning objectives:
• Understand the concept of Autistic Spectrum Condition.
• Explain the importance of a person-centred approach when working with Autistic individuals
• Identify the importance of effective communication for Autistic individuals

Delegates are expected to be engaged in learning, participate in all activities including group discussions, and share their own experiences, whilst respecting confidentiality.
