The introduction of Universal Credit has left many people confused and unsure what this means for them, whether that’s vulnerable service users, or care staff and new recruits unsure of the implications of their working hours on their universal credit.

To help clarify the details we’re running a number of fully funded short, informative sessions over the next few months to explain what Universal Credit is and what it means for the people it impacts, including: service users, care staff, and care staff recruitment.

There are three events, with the first taking place in March. As a care provider these sessions are designed to help you understand the changes so you can better support your service users and your current or new staff.
