NHS England are running an event for all providers, commissioners, staff and organisations in the health and care system who provide care, support and treatment for people with a learning disability, autism or both.
Event purpose
The purpose of the day is to provide interactive and engaging sessions that encourage sharing and learning. The day will include:
- Transforming Care Partnerships (TCPs) presenting case studies
- Learning more about the service models
- Learn and share about good practice happening across the Midlands and East region
- Opportunities to network with other frontline staff and members of the NHS England

The event will take place on Thursday 5th October 2017, 10:00 – 16:00 in Kettering
The venue will be:
Kettering Conference Centre, Thurston Drive, Kettering, 1538, NN15 6PB
Who should attend?
The event is for providers, commissioners and staff who deliver care and treatment for people with a learning disability, autism or both within health or social care providers.
The organisers would also welcome attendance from parents and carers and representatives from Transforming Care Partnerships.
