Evidence shows that people with learning disabilities die significantly younger than the general population and/or often receive poor treatment to manage their health conditions or care needs.
On 3rd October, 2019, the Adult Care Services Commissioning Support Team of Hertfordshire County Council are delivering a conference targeted at Health/Social Care practitioners.
This no-cost conference will provide delegates with a certificate of attendance to support professional development; places are limited however.
