Funding claims are paid on a first-come-first-serve basis
As in previous years, there will be a maximum cap of £500 per organisation to claim back from training delivered between 1st October 2018 and 31st March 2019.
As always, this funding is not guaranteed and funding claims are paid on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will review the maximum cap at the end of December 2018 and let you know if it can be increased for the last quarter.
On the basis that there may be a possibility of increasing the maximum cap we advise that, for the second half of the year, you submit all your claims even if you believe these will take you over the maximum cap. This will allow us, if possible, to make retrospective payments.
We believe this is the best way to ensure a fair distribution of these limited funds amongst all of our members.
As a reminder, for each training being completed, you will need to take the following steps:
- Use an Approved HCPA Training Provider
- Complete Form A once every funding year
- Complete Form B for every training completed
- Complete Form C for every training completed
The forms and further information can be found at www.hcpa.info/mandatory-funding
HCPA cannot guarantee funding and funding is paid retrospectively. Please ensure your organisation can cover the full cost of any training prior to engaging on any training.
To make a claim, please email the completed forms and any supporting documentation to Leigh-Ann Reed either by email or by post at the address given on Form B.
Please send the claims using any one method mentioned above. Do not send multiple copies of any one claim as this can cause delays!
