HCPA are pleased to share a new app that members may find useful. The Hertfordshire Safeguarding Adult Board (HSAB) Mental Capacity App is Fully Funded and has been designed to provide simple guidance on what to consider when completing a mental capacity assessment, best interest decision, when to use an IMCA or when to consider assessment for DoLS in a Hospital or Care Home placement.
