HCPA offer Executive Coaching in the form of regular face-to-face sessions over an agreed short-term period to help you reach your chosen goals. The sessions are designed to improve workplace performance by focusing on the specific goals set, and the competencies and skills required to achieve them.

There are currently 5 funded x 60 min sessions on offer and it is suggested intervals of between 1-4 weeks between sessions works best.

If additional sessions are required, you can buy these at a cost of £150 per session for an approx 90 min session.

You will be able to meet with someone who knows the sector, understands the challenges on a practical and emotional level, and can offer real support and guidance when needed. You will be able to reflect on working practice and access vital support to ensure you meet your targets and avoid burnout.

Our offer includes 5 x supervisions a year, to have bi-monthly, and an annual appraisal at the end of the year. By actively engaging in HCPA’s Supervision for Managers programme, you are demonstrating that you take your own professional development seriously and can demonstrate on-going CPD.
