This half-day session is delivered live by our expert trainer in an interactive virtual environment, meaning there are no hidden travel costs and fits easier into busy schedules. Sessions are designed so that participants can interact with the trainer and other learners to quickly gain actionable skills, knowledge and behaviours, helping them implement these swiftly.

This course is designed to provide managers with a comprehensive understanding of health and safety governance. Participants will learn about the legal framework and responsibilities related to risk assessment, the process and stages of effective risk management, and how to embed these practices within their service. The course will also cover strategies for ensuring risk assessments are person-centred and effective, promoting a culture of safety within the organisation, and responding to and managing health and safety incidents. Attendees will develop the skills and knowledge needed to foster a safe and compliant workplace.
