‘Spot The Signs, Save a Life’ is a Hertfordshire suicide prevention campaign, which was launched by Hertfordshire Partnership Foundation Trust working in partnership with Mind in Mid Herts and Hertfordshire Mind Network.
Following the continued success of the Spot the Signs Suicide Prevention Campaign, new dates have now been announced for Suicide Prevention Training Sessions for voluntary sector employees throughout 2018.
The training sessions are completely free of charge and open to those who work in voluntary, charity and third sector healthcare and community organisations.
The aim is to increase awareness of suicide and how we can spot the signs to prevent it as widely as possible.
Please note: the training is not for service users.
The training sessions are one full-day and will be led by a fully-qualified trainer who will guide you through the stages of recognising the signs of suicide, and how to communicate with those at risk.
It’s a great opportunity to learn more about suicide prevention and also meet people from other organisations. And, what’s even better, the training is completely free.
Please see the poster for further details and dates.
